I have been working out in a class taught by Chris for several weeks. I recently turned 45 years old and I am now in the best shape I have been in for years. The workout is fun, but tough, with new exercises every class. I have lost weight, I feel better, I sleep better, and I have more self confidence. I look forward to every workout as a challenge. My only regret is that I didn't do this 10 years earlier.
